We firmly respect your right to your privacy. We process your data on a lawful basis, in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. This means that we record your name, address and contact details on our database when you order plants from us or request a catalogue. We record this information for accounting and invoicing purposes. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We only keep your data for as long as necessary and you have the right to ask us to delete any information we hold on you. We may contact you by e-mail or by telephone to confirm your order or to give you an update on the status of your order. We will never share your information with third parties, except where it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you: for example where we need to give your address and contact details to a courier in order to deliver your plants.
Because you have expressed an interest in our products, if you order plants or request a catalogue you will receive a catalogue by post in the next spring. If you would prefer that we didnít send you a catalogue in the future, we will not be offended, just let us know!
YOUR ON-LINE SHOPPING RIGHTS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order if you change your mind from the day you order up until 14 days of receiving your goods. If you cancel your order your payment will be returned within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in the condition in which they were sent to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please do not be put off by the wording of this regulation, we legally have to give you this information. In reality, if you have a genuine complaint we will be happy to reach an amicable agreement. HOW TO COMPLAIN
We sincerely hope that you never have the need to complain. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days. If, for some reason, we are unable to resolve the issue within the deadline we will keep in contact with you to explain the situation.
